Originally built in 1925, Oakdale Park has been an important part of the community and the site of thousands of family reunions, festivals, concerts, family outings, camping trip and much more.
We offer Cabin and Bunkhouse rental, Tent Camping, 30 and 50 amp RV Sites, Day buildings, The Convention Center and of course the famous Plunge.
Now owned by the City of Glen Rose the goal is to expand and... restore the park to its former glory, so that future generations can enjoy this Texas Treasure. Glen Rose is the Bluegrass Capital of Texas and Oakdale Park made it so!
